1. Pre-Orders

  • Processing Time: Pre-orders take 14-35 days to process. This time frame allows us to ensure the highest quality and freshness of our products.

  • Communication: You will receive regular updates about the status of your pre-order, including an estimated shipping date.
     

2. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Shipping: Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.

  • Delays: In rare cases, processing or shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.
     

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the tracking link provided in the email.

  • If you do not receive a tracking number or have trouble tracking your order, please contact us at ralotusbeauty@gmail.com.
     

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged Shipments: Ra Lotus Beauty is not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping and handling. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at ralotusbeauty@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation. Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • Lost Shipments: If your order is lost during transit, please contact us at ralotusbeauty@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or provide a resolution.
     

5. Refund Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our products and hygienic reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Your well-being is our top priority, and we cannot accept returns for skincare products.

  • Product Issues: If you experience any issues with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us at ralotusbeauty@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
     

6. Cancellations
